Yoga Is For Everyone!

We make yoga affordable, accessible, and all-inclusive.  This is a fun, professionally guided, in-studio session.  It is classic yoga with a modern approach.  We start with 20 minute cardio warm up, then move into 50 poses in 50 minutes with fervent breath control, then total relaxation, all set to music.  Come see why yoga is humanity's health program of choice for over 5,000 years.  You're going to love it!
